RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

✧ Returns and refunds are hassle-free when you shop with Beverly & Brilliance.

✧ We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

✧ To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

✧ To initiate a return, please contact us at beverlybrilliance@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

✧ As all our designs are handcrafted, all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover labor and production costs.
If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning, resizing, or repair (or is otherwise not in resale condition), a higher restocking fee may apply based on the required work.

EXCHANGE POLICY

✧ If you wish to exchange your jewelry, the full value of your original purchase will be applied toward a new item of equal or greater value.

✧ The replacement piece must be available for purchase at the time of exchange.

✧ Exchanges are limited to one exchange per item and must be requested within 20 days of receiving your order.

✧ The same production and processing time mentioned on the product page will apply to the new piece.

✧ Store credit from exchanges cannot be used for future purchases beyond the current exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

· Custom or personalized orders

· Made-to-order eternity bands

· Sale items

· Items purchased during promotional or sales events

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

✧ Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

✧ If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

✧ Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

REFUND PROCESS

✧ Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

✧ If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

· Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

· Contact your bank for posting delays

CANCELLATION POLICY

✧ Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

✧ Cancellation requests made after 24 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover labor, production, and processing costs already incurred.

✧ Once production has begun, orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

RETURN SHIPPING

✧ Please contact us before sending any jewelry back to ensure safe delivery.

✧ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

✧ We strongly recommend using a fully insured, trackable shipping method.
Beverly & Brilliance is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
